How can I book a room? Do you need a deposit?
You can book by calling the hotel, by sending an email or directly from the website. To confirm the booking we ask for the 30% of the full amount.
From what time is the room available on the arrival day and at what time should it be vacated on the departure day?
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, but you can advise the Hotel in case of arrival after 9:00 PM. A late check-in surcharge applies for arrivals after 11:00 PM. The check-out time is by 10:00 AM. In case of departure before 8:00 AM or late check-out (available for a fee) it is necessary to contact the hotel.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, the buffet breakfast is included in the stay.
I am celiac, vegetarian, lactose intolerant. Can I enjoy your breakfast?
Sure, we have foods for all types of diets.
Is there the possibility to benefit from agreements with nearby restaurants for lunch and dinner?
Yes, we collaborate with several restaurants in the area.
Are the rooms accessible to people with disabilities?
Yes, some of our rooms can accommodate differently abled guests in total comfort.
Does the hotel have parking?
Yes, we have indoor parking at the hotel, which is free for all our guests. For electric cars, we have the charging station.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the Hotel.
Are there no-smoking rooms?
Yes, we are a "no-smoking hotel".
From what age are children allowed?
Bookings with children from 8 years of age are accepted.
How far are the ski slopes?
The cross-country ski track is in front of the hotel. The Carosello area is just a few minutes by bus (the bus stop is right here), the Mottolino area is 5 minutes by bus.
Do you have a SPA?
No, however, many of our rooms have a sauna, steam bath or emotional shower.
What is your cancellation policy?
At the time of booking confirmation we require the 30% of the total stay amount as a deposit to be paid by bank transfer within 48 hours from the booking date. Alternatively, the fee will be charged from the provided credit card.
In case of no-show or for cancellations of the stay we require the payment of a penality, in accordance with the following conditions:
- up to 14 days before the arrival date: 30% penalty of the total.
- from 14 days before the arrival date: 100% penalty of the total.
Any reduction of the length of the stay are considered cancellations.
Pursuant to Art. 1385 CC the deposit is intended as a definitive confirmation of the reservation and therefore cannot be reimbursed.
